Welcome to WALE! We are an organisation that supports headteachers and wider school leadership to do a fantastic job for their school communities.

The 4 constitutional points that everything we do stems from are :

• To represent local school leaders in the education community, providing 'one voice'
• To provide support and guidance for well-being
• To provide access to inspirational leadership learning opportunities
• To provide networking opportunities for members
