She specialises in Behaviour, SEMH & SEND, and works nationally and internationally supporting Schools (early years to FE, & Special/AP settings), Local Authorities & Trusts in reviewing, implementing, and developing cultural change, policy, systems and provision.
Hannah is known for her inspirational & charismatic training, combining her warmth as a person, passion for school improvement, served with a large portion of ‘realness’ and lived experience. As an Adviser and Coach Hannah is a valued and sought-after critical friend and para-professional. Her empathetic approach, delivered with honesty, underpinned with expertise & knowledge means she has supported many educational settings in whole school change as well as individual progression.

Owen O’Kane
Owen is a psychotherapist and author of Ten Times Happier and the globally acclaimed and Sunday Times bestselling book, Ten to Zen and his latest book How to Be Your Own Therapist.
Owen has over 25 years’ experience in physical and mental health and is a former NHS Mental Health Clinical Lead. He now runs a successful private practice in London.
Owen is a well-known speaker and often delivers keynote speeches at corporate events, wellbeing festivals and mental health events. He is a regular contributor to press and media and is also a script advisor for BBC Drama on psychological matters.
Owen believes that a great mind warrants unprecedented improvements for every aspect of life. He delivers all of his work with great passion and is noted for his down to earth approach and sense of humour.
Jason Fox
Joining at 16 and serving for 20 years; Jason passed the gruelling selection process for the Special Forces, serving with the Special Boat Service. Jason has planned and led operations including hostage rescue, counter terrorism, counter insurgency, maritime counter terrorism, surveillance, body guarding and counter narcotic missions.
Jason is also trained as a combat swimmer, demolitions expert, Special Forces dog handler and jungle survival expert.
After leaving the Special Forces, Jason moved in to the TV and Film industry, initially using his wealth of experience in the Special Forces to support production crews who were working in environmentally hostile areas, such as the jungle, the Arctic or the desert. It was during this period that Jason was part of the team of divers who found the lost treasure of Captain Kidd – one of the most prolific pirates of the 17th century – just off the coast of Madagascar.
Jason now stars in Channel 4’s hit series SAS: Who Dares Wins in both the UK and in Australia; putting members of the public through the SAS Secret Selection in the ultimate test of their physical and, more importantly, psychological resilience.
